to look at I let Tifani know and we'd go look at it. She even showed homes on the weekends. Tifani will also refer
lenders to you if you don't already have one. Once you find your house she gives you all the numbers you need to call
for utilities. Then when you are ready to close she takes you for one final walk-through to make sure everything is
in order. Then it's off to the title company we go!
I have two children and Tifani was able to communicate
with them on their level. She took the time to get to know them a bit. My 14 year old daughter and Tifani were
talking like they have known each other for the last 5 years. I also have a two year old and when I was writing the
offer Tifani got him some coloring books and toys to play with to keep him occupied.
Overall, Tifani is very easy to
